Good Mushroom Private Limited (also written as Good Mushroom Pvt Ltd) is an Indian mushroom trading and export company incorporated in 2026, headquartered in Himachal Pradesh. We source, verify, process and supply functional mushroom ingredients to B2B buyers — owning procurement, quality control and documentation under one accountable supplier. We source from verified growing partners across India and ship Cordyceps, Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Oyster, Button mushrooms, dual-extract powders and Ayurvedic herbs (Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Brahmi, Shatavari) to international B2B ingredient buyers. The company is FSSAI registered, APEDA registered as an exporter, AYUSH licensed for herbal products, and operates a HACCP-compatible processing facility.
MOQ depends on the product format. 5 kg for dual-extract powders and reishi spore oil. 10 kg for cordyceps militaris dried fruiting body. 20 kg for Lion's Mane dried. 25 kg for ashwagandha powder. 50 kg for most other dried mushrooms (shiitake, reishi, oyster, button). 100–200 kg per week for fresh cold-chain. We accept mixed pallets across SKUs to help newer buyers hit MOQ — just ask when quoting.
Good Mushroom Pvt Ltd has active international B2B ingredient buyers. Our biggest export markets are the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and China. We hold APEDA exporter registration and handle the full export documentation set — phyto-sanitary certificate, FSSAI clearance, packing list, commercial invoice and COA — for every destination. Shipping by air for sample and small orders, by sea for FCL and multi-pallet loads.
Yes. Every batch we ship comes with a NABL-accredited Certificate of Analysis. The COA covers actives by HPLC (cordycepin for cordyceps, hericenones for Lion's Mane, triterpenes and β-glucan for reishi), heavy metals by ICP-MS (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbiology (TPC, yeast and mould, E. coli, salmonella), pesticide residue, and mycotoxins where applicable. Before you place a paid sample order, we share a recent batch COA on email or WhatsApp so your QA team can verify the actives and contaminants against your in-house spec.
Good Mushroom Pvt Ltd holds FSSAI registration for food handling, APEDA registration as an agricultural exporter, AYUSH licensing for our herbal extracts and Ayurvedic herbs, and operates a HACCP-compatible processing facility. We are phyto-sanitary ready for every export shipment. Optional third-party certifications — USDA Organic, EU Organic, kosher, halal, non-GMO — are routed through certified partners on request, with typical 2–3 weeks added lead time.
Yes, paid samples — you pay the product cost plus air freight to your facility. Standard sample size is 100 g to 500 g depending on the product, enough for your QA team to run their own assays. Every sample ships with the same NABL COA we'd ship with a commercial lot, so you can fully verify actives, contaminants and organoleptics before placing a production order. Sample cost is creditable in full against your first commercial order with us.
Both. Sample orders and small commercial orders under 100 kg typically ship by air for speed — most buyers receive samples within 5–7 days from dispatch. Larger orders, full pallets and full containers go sea. At quote stage we share indicative timelines and landed cost for both routes so you can choose. We work with established forwarders out of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, and ship FOB Indian port or CIF your destination port.
Fill out the farmer registration form on the Contact page — or just WhatsApp our team on +91 6361 621 886 with your location, species, monthly volume and current selling channel. Our sourcing team will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a video call or in-person farm visit. If we sign you on, payment is on pickup for the first 1–3 orders, then Net-7 for recurring suppliers. We currently source from farmers across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka.
We work with farms of every size. We've onboarded suppliers running cultivation units as small as 100 sq ft (tunnel growers, rooftop operations, single-room oyster setups) alongside multi-acre commercial farms. What matters is consistency, food-safety hygiene at the farm level, and the ability to deliver a predictable monthly volume. Small farms typically start with one species in one grade and we grow the relationship from there. No minimum farm size to register.
Prices are agreed upfront in writing — based on quality grade (visual + lab values), species, and committed monthly volume. There is no mandi-style daily price discovery: farmers know in advance what they'll be paid for a given grade. We review pricing quarterly and share the actual export market movements transparently, so farmers see what their produce is selling for downstream. Settlement is on pickup for early orders, then Net-7 for recurring suppliers.
No, you do not have to dry them yourself. We buy both fresh and dried — depends on the species and our current open buyer orders. We operate our own HACCP processing facility with drying, milling and packing capacity, so we can often accept fresh produce directly from farms within reasonable distance of our operations. For farms further away, on-farm drying to our spec (moisture below 10–12%) is preferred to keep transport cost low.
Good Mushroom Pvt Ltd is not a marketplace and not an aggregator — we are the principal on every transaction. We buy directly from farms in our own name, hold the inventory, run the lab tests, sell directly to the end buyer, and own the export documentation. The supply chain is exactly two links long: farmer → Good Mushroom → buyer. There are no broker spreads, no commission percentages, and no third party between you and the product. That's how farmers get the export-grade price and buyers get a single accountable counterparty.
