How our verified sourcing partnership works.
Tunnel growers, cultivators and herb collectors across India — apply to grow with Good Mushroom Private Limited as a verified supply partner. Structured quality standards, documented sourcing protocol, in-person farm QC and reliable offtake under standing agreements. Currently onboarding partners across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Our supply partnership is a contracted relationship — not a one-off purchase. Pricing, grade and offtake schedule are agreed upfront and reviewed transparently. We source for our own export-grade ingredient supply, so the standard is consistent and the relationship is long-term.

The kind of farms we already buy from. If you grow even one of these consistently, we want to talk.
Lab-cultivated militaris. Cordycepin verified by HPLC. Minimum 5 kg / month consistent supply.
Donko-grade dried or fresh oak-log grown. 50 kg / month dried, 100 kg / week fresh.
Indoor cultivated. White fully-formed heads dried under controlled conditions. 20+ kg / month.
Pearl, pink, blue, king. Cold-chain ready fresh or sun-dried. 50–200 kg / week.
If you've ever wondered where to sell mushrooms in India for a real price — not a mandi-style discount — read this once. Then register your farm or WhatsApp us.
Most mushroom farmers in India sell either at the local mandi or through aggregators who pass produce to exporters. By the time the price reaches you, three or four hands have taken a cut, and the export buyer is paying 2–4× what you received. Good Mushroom Pvt Ltd buys directly from farms in our own name — no broker, no aggregator, no middleman — so the spread between farm-gate and export price stays smaller and visible to you. We currently source across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka.
We actively source Cordyceps militaris (lab-cultivated, cordycepin verified by HPLC, 5 kg/month minimum), Shiitake (Donko-grade dried or fresh oak-log grown, 50 kg/month dried or 100 kg/week fresh), Lion's Mane (indoor-cultivated, dried under controlled humidity, 20+ kg/month), Oyster mushrooms (pearl, pink, blue, king — cold-chain fresh or sun-dried, 50–200 kg/week), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, dried fruiting body or whole slices), and button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus, fresh, dried or brined). We also buy Ayurvedic herbs — Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Brahmi, Shatavari, Moringa — from herb collectors and tunnel growers.
What matters to us is consistency, food-safety hygiene at the farm level, and the ability to deliver predictable monthly volume. For dried produce we look for moisture below 10–12%, clean visual appearance (no foreign matter, no mould spots), and consistent grade across the batch. For fresh produce we look for cold-chain compatibility, batch-level traceability, and standard cap size. We do not require organic certification to start — we can route that through certified partners later if a buyer demands it. We do not require a minimum farm size: a clean 100 sq ft tunnel growing one species consistently is a supplier we'll sign.
For your first 1–3 orders with us, payment is on pickup — our QC team confirms grade against the agreed spec at the farm gate, we agree the final invoice on the spot, and payment is initiated the same day by bank transfer. Once you've established a track record with us (usually 3 orders or 8–12 weeks of supply), recurring suppliers move to Net-7 terms with standing monthly agreements. Pricing is agreed upfront in writing — no mandi-style daily price discovery — and reviewed quarterly with the actual export market movements shared transparently.
Fill out the farmer registration form with your location, species, monthly volume and current selling channel. Or just WhatsApp our sourcing team on +91 6361 621 886. We reach out within 48 hours to schedule either a video call or an in-person farm visit. If we sign you on, your first pickup can typically be scheduled within 1–2 weeks of the farm visit. There is no registration fee. There is no exclusivity clause — you can keep your existing buyers if you want to compare.
We share what we learn across our supplier network. That includes substrate sourcing contacts (oak sawdust, soy hulls, wheat straw), drying tips (target moisture, drum vs tray, energy cost trade-offs), certification routing (FSSAI, FPO, organic, AYUSH) and cultivation troubleshooting on the species we know well. We don't charge for any of this — it benefits us if our supplier farms keep growing and improving.
Fill out the registration form and our sourcing team will reach out on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We'll talk about your farm, your volumes, and what you need from us.
